Music License

The Arcadia Music-Finder website is a free service offered to authorised clients. Both Playback and Download are free. Only if you actually use the music for production purposes is it subject to the normal royalty and licensing declarations/payments in exactly the same way as with cd's.

Usage of Arcadia Music Libraries is subject to Copyright Law and to the Laws of Intellectual Property Rights (as covered by the Berne Convention) and to the normal Royalty Collecting Agency and Licensing Agreements.

The use of the ARCADIA MUSIC-FINDER Web Site is restricted to those persons/companies/corporations who have been issued with a Username and Password combination by Arcadia Interactive. Unauthorised usage of this Username and Password is strictly forbidden.

Any abuse whatsoever of the content of this site, musical or otherwise, for purposes which are outside the normal usage of production music, for example, unauthorised music download for commercial purposes and/or copying the design of the Music-Finder Search Engine, will be deemed as strictly illegal and subject to the full force of the Law.

Grant Of License

Once authorised by Arcadia by the issuing of a PIN Number, AI grants to you the right to use the PIN Number on a single terminal connected to a single computer (i.e., single CPU) or to a network server. If you install the SOFTWARE on a network server, you must apply to AI for a license for each concurrent user (i.e., the maximum number of users who will be accessing or operating the software at the same time.) The Web Site is in "use" on a Computer when any part of it, such as music, has been accessed and/or loaded into the RAM or installed into the permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that Computer. As a multi-user, you may only access the Web Site on one computer as a server, and the number of computers and terminals accessing or operating the AI Web Site shall not exceed the number of AI Web Site licenses granted.

Grant Of Network License

A computer network is any combination of two or more terminals that are electronically linked and capable of sharing the use of a single software program. If you are acquiring the AI Web Site PIN Number for network use, AI grants to you the right to use the PIN Number only if this Network usage has been disclosed to AI and authorisation has been granted.
